You can reach the people behind Loans Edmonton by email, and we answer within two business days. A loan you already hold belongs with the lender on your agreement, and a lender's conduct belongs with the Consumer Investigations Unit at Service Alberta.
Email us
Email is the only way to reach us: write to . For a correction, say which page and where you found the right figure. There is no phone line and no office anywhere in Alberta; we publish information, we do not lend, and nobody here can open your file.

Who to contact for what
Match your question to a row.
| Your question | Where to take it |
|---|---|
| A figure, an Alberta rule or an Edmonton detail on this site is wrong | Email us. We check it against Part 12.1 of the Consumer Protection Act, the Payday Loans Regulation and the federal rules, then correct the page. |
| The status of an application you sent | The application platform's own support, linked from your confirmation email. |
| An instalment, a due date or a loan you already hold, payday or installment | The lender named on your agreement, which must show its contact details and its Alberta licence. |
| A lender charged more than $14 per $100, refused a cancellation inside the second day window, took a fee before the first instalment, rolled a loan over or set the loan up as one payment | The Consumer Investigations Unit at Service Alberta, which licenses payday lenders. |
| A lender lending to an Alberta address without an Alberta licence | Service Alberta as well; look the lender up first in the licensed business search. |
| General questions about payday loans and your rights | The Financial Consumer Agency of Canada. |

What we cannot do
We cannot see your application, change an offer, speed up an e-transfer or call a lender for you, and we never hold your banking details. We can fix this site, explain an Alberta rule plainly and point you to the right office.
Corrections and updates
When Alberta or Ottawa changes a rule, the pages change and the "last updated" date on each one moves. The about page and how applying works answer most questions, and the complaints policy sets out what happens after you write.
